FAQ
IPv6-only? Really?
Yes. IPv6 is how the modern internet runs. We include a NAT64 gateway so your containers can reach IPv4 services — outbound only. If your use case requires a public IPv4 address pointing at your container, this isn't the right host for you. More on IPv6 and NAT64.
What does "NAT64" mean in practice?
Outbound traffic to IPv4-only services (npm, Docker Hub, GitHub, most of the public internet) is translated automatically. Inbound traffic must come over IPv6 — the gateway does not work in that direction, and we don't offer a shared IPv4 address or proxy.
What container images can I run?
Any public Linux image from Docker Hub, GHCR, Quay, or anywhere else. See container images for examples and pinning advice. Private registries are Phase 2.
How do I point a hostname at my container?

What support do I get?
Documentation. A community Discord — the invite arrives with your signup confirmation email, it isn't published here. Best-effort responses. At €1/month we cannot fund a support team. If something on our infrastructure breaks, we fix it. If your container breaks, that's on you.
Why does my total say €1.23?
Prices are €1/month or €11/year per container, excluding VAT. If you're an EU consumer, VAT is added at 23% — so €1.23/month or €13.53/year. Businesses in the EU (outside Ireland) with a valid VAT number aren't charged VAT (reverse charge — you account for it locally). Outside the EU there's no VAT — except the UK, where 20% UK VAT applies (UK signups are temporarily unavailable while our UK VAT registration completes). The exact total is always shown before you pay.
Can I earn credit for referring people?
Yes. Share your referral link from the dashboard. When a developer signs up through it, stays 30 days and pays €2 of usage, you get €1 of credit — one box-month — on your next invoice. They pay normal prices; nobody is told who referred whom. How referrals work.

What happens if I abuse the service?
